Although short-tempered and violent, Joe was an obvious choice for presidency. At least for himself. To give him some credit, he was also determined enough to nominate himself and to create hierarchical system placing him on top of it. Deep down he realises his personal flaws and therefore trusts some of the important club-related things to other members.
