11.10 Nine miles beach

In the morning we went back to Smasher's place, had some breakfast and rested a while. We said goodbye to Smasher and before leaving Tea Gardends visited Sabina at the pub too. I wish that the whole world would be full of people like them. We headed north along the coast and went to see this really small place called Seal Rocks (They say that you can see seal there, but I don't care...). There was only one shop, which had all the services there like food, post and stuff. The people there told us that there was a lighthouse just a few minutes away and one bloke said that he had seen shark there today. He said that he always keeps his feet away from the water when his surfing around there. We saw a huge snake just in front of the shop too.

We visited the lighthouse. It was a beautiful place and once again offered a view to incredible beach. There was just one person on the beach surfing. After enjoying the place we continued to north. At place called Forster we started looking a place to sleep. When we asked how to get to beach one guy with a excellent sense of humour offeres to show us a remote place where we could camp. And he did. He took us halfway to the nine miles beach. Closed person to our site must have been miles away. Only problem was a little bumpy road that took us there. Luckily our guide had a four wheeler so he pulled us out when we got bugged to the sand near beach.

With our own beach and no one around we set up fire and opened bottles of redwine. I played some guitar and enjoyed. When we got to tired, me and Joe just took our sleeping bags and slept on the beach.

(If you wanna reach this spot go about five miles north from Forster, at waste management center, turn right. Take the first bumpy beach road and you'll be there)
