It wasn't raining yesterday, so the weather decided to revenge it today. It was raining from early morning until late afternoon. I took this as a good chance to start editing all the video material we already have with my brand new Adobe premiere pro 1.5. I bought all the latest Adobe softwares on dvd which cost about 3 euros. Later when the rain stopped we went shopping again. Before shopping I also tried to upload my diary, but somehow Windows messed up the cd and I couldn't do it and ended up just chatting with my friends. Anyway, it turned out that real Quiksilver clothing is quite expensive and I decided to go and check out if I'd find some cool shorts from the mall. I didn't find any, but we found a shop where you can print t-shirts with your own design and bought a couple of Suicide Surfer shirts.

Later in the evening we had some trouble getting our laundry back which we had left to the hotel. Althought the hotel staff were really friendly there seemed to be some trouble in communications sometimes. When we finally got the laundry back it was already so late that there wasn't much time to sleep since in the morning we had found out that our flight would leave next day, not the day after that as we had thought. Good thing that we didn't miss the flight...

...I rested for about an hour in the night between 23th and 24th. Taxi that we had order for 2am showed up a little early and the drive to the airport was a little faster than we expected. So there we were at the airport very early to find out that the flight would be an hour late. Joe slept a bit while I was watching our stuff, but I think that we both were really tired. I slept for few hours in the plane. It was evening when we arrived to Sydney. We didn't bother to have a lot of trouble searching for place to stay and so we took this offer from hostel in Sydney center which offered a free transportation. Well, most of the places offered transportation, but for this hostel the minibus was at the airport at right time.

After getting to hostel we decided to go and check out local pubs. My first impression of the people here was that they are very friendly and open. Even the bartenders were smiling to you when you bought beer. After few pubs and beers we headed to downtown and actually found our way to the opera house. It feels funny that in last week I have been to so many famous places. Usually I just see these places on postcards or TV.

When we finally got back to hostel, we ran to funny suprise. Just one night before we were living in a block with "beautiful young ladies". This street had them too. But this time the beautiful young ladies were all men! Altough I can't really say that I did like what I saw, I must admit that these "ladies" had really gorgeus legs ;)
