Wow! I did it! I have now been sober for two days! No alcohol, no drugs (well, except for that Burana 800, but I only took it for my headache...). I can't remember last time that I've been sober for so long. Maybe in Port Macquarie when I was really depressed. But then again there was alot of Stanley included. Yesterday evening I got really bad headache, probably because my body isn't used to this kind of state. I also got really sleepy and saw pretty weird dreams. I felt kind of emotional too, like all the feelings that have been blocked by alcohol would have hit me at once.
We are back in Noosa now, but on Sunday night while checking out the schoolies at Surfers, I saw two really talented musicians. The whole music and playing scene here is totally different, I'll write about it later, if I feel like writing anything. Anyway those two musicians once again gave me motivation to play. I decided that when we settle down somewhere (other than the car), I'll start taking guitar lessons. Never had one before, but I really want to learn how to play!
Bad thing is that my knee isn't still working. I'll give it a couple of days and actually try to take it easy, but I'm afraid that it won't get better than this without knife involved.
