Bruises and Weight Problems

I have a major weight problem. Unlike most of the people having a problem with their weight in northern hemisphere (or at least in Europe and USA) I don't have to loose a bit of it. My per cent of body fat seems to be comfortably less than 10 and for my 180cm I weight 75kg. The problem is apparent only when training submission wrestling and brasilian jiu-jitsu. Most of the other guys are bigger than me. Usually if you hear an expression like that you link it to penis envy or something. But when talking about weight an average guy at our gym weights about 15-20kg more than I do.

Although this gives me a great opportunity to develop myself with stronger guys and get a proper workout easily just by trying to move them around, it is sometimes frustrating to notice how your technique just doesn't work, because you lack the strenght to bend your opponents arm.

Why I am writing this is because after my flu, accident with my elbow and trip to Berlin I've had a chance to do some serious training this week. And honestly, there ain't much more to tell you about.

I'm going to have my breakfast now.
