Immobilised Helsinki

Now when my job is to move around our beautiful capital city
instead of playing computer and reading Cosmopolitan, our
busdrivers decide to start a strike. Denying their right to do
that is hard or impossible, even for a capitalistic pig I am
becoming. It sort of pisses me off, that now when my moving is
done and living conditions have improved, I'll have to worry
about public transportation.
It has to be given to the union of transport professionals,
that they know when to start demanding improvements.
Traditionally the best time for this is in the middle of the
winter, when temperarature is constantly between -5 and -15
Celsius. Last time I remember how getting to work was a bit
harder than usual, because I had to hitchike.
Still, it could be lot worse. Almost all boxes have now been
unpacked and although one of my walls was much harder than
anticipated before starting to drill, it seems most of my
belongings have actually followed through the move. Only two
magazines have apparently been misdirected to my old address,
but it is almost certain that I could get them back, if I'd
bother to visit those cunts I had to live with.
Anyway, it was one stressful week with the new job, packing,
moving and unpacking, so there haven't been much action on the
social side. Last night we were out to see some bands with Jay, but that was about
it.
I'll try to live more interesting life next week.
Oh yeah, that Direct Marketing stuff I wrote last week. We sold
the idea already to one advertising agency. It fucking rocks.
