Kickboxing and brasilian jujutsu

It took some time, but finally I have started training the
right things again. This means that I tarained 4 times last
week. Once bjj, twice submission wrestling and once kickboxing.
On Monday I puked, Tuesday and Thursday got really sore
afterwards and on Friday I had my first injury. Something in my
knee snapped.
I don't think that my knee is completely busted, since it still
works, although right at this moment it is hurting at the inner
side. It doesn't matter. I still keep on training. Question is
just if I can do any wrestling sparring or do I have to satisfy
to just train the techniques? Probably I'll do sparring anyways
until it really cripples me. But today is for resting and maybe
to some weightlifting, just for the fun of it.
In Finland generally the summer is almost over. It gets darker
and darker and rains constantly. Everything is still green and
it is warm, so there is no complaining. It is great to be back
here. Even if I am still doing a job as a security guard.
Actually it has been quite nice, because I don't have to do
anything during my 12 hour shift. I just sit in my room
equipped with tv, microvawe oven, fridge and my very own laptop
with some books I am reading for extra credits from university.
Life is good.
