Jay and Germanton Submarine

For some strange reason the citizens of the town former known as Germanton ( Holbrook ) have dragged parts of submarine at the centre of their town. There are no rational reasons why they would like to have one in a town hundreds of kilometers inland, but they've done it anyway. After seeing this and a torpedo placed right next to it, Suicide Surfers lost their faith in humanity.
